Eleanor has turned into a sports nut lately, and while she already has a soccer ball, basketball and goal, football, and ping pong ball and paddles, she's been begging for a baseball bat. I've resisted due to certain tendencies of hers to turn all long thin objects into major hazards for anyone standing within 20 feet. Luckily for her, aunt Tamara loves her and bought her one anyway. Tamara said Eleanor announced "it's going very well" about her batting practice.
